Send medical results related to Hepatitis B, Fresh direct examination of vaginal discharge, Gram staining of vaginal discharge, Human Papillomavirus typing in women, HCV (antibody, confirmatory test, RNA detector, rapid test), VDRL, RPR, FTA absorbed, Urethral secretion, Human Papillomavirus (typing, IgG antibodies, liquid-based cytology), Chlamydia Trachomatis (IgM antibody, antigen, DNA detector), Herpes II (IgM antibody), pregnancy tests, among others, through all communication channels, including, but not limited to, email, WhatsApp, calls, and written communications.
9. Laboratorio Médico Echavarría S.A.S. may take your fingerprint or use other authorized biometric mechanisms and administer them for the purpose of validating your identity in the handling of the products and/or services you purchase from the company.
10. Transmit and/or transfer personal data to entities based in Colombia or abroad, whether public or private, for the purpose of facilitating the development of the corporate purpose of Laboratorio Médico Echavarría S.A.S. through the outsourcing of its processes. In general, Laboratorio Médico Echavarría S.A.S. will obtain and manage the personal data provided for the purposes arising from the development of its corporate purpose, as a company providing clinical laboratory services in comprehensive treatments in all matters related to clinical laboratory services, outpatient and hospital examinations, and medical and scientific research, in order to comply with this policy and Law 1266 of 2008, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, and its regulatory decrees. I acknowledge that by entering the premises of the Laboratorio Médico Echavarría and/or places where your events are held, I may be recorded and the images will be used to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and property at the Laboratory's facilities. De igual forma, manifiesto que he sido informado y soy consciente de mis derechos como titular y la posibilidad de ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, prueba de autorización y oposición en cualquier momento.
