- Make the payments required based on the rates established by the laboratory and your health insurance provider.
- Take care of personal belongings while on laboratory premises.
- Enter the laboratory facilities free of the effects of intoxicating or hallucinogenic substances.
- Refrain from smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages within the laboratory facilities.
- Refrain from bringing pets into the laboratory facilities.
