    What services does the laboratory offer?

    We specialize in sample collection and processing, from basic analyses to highly specialized tests.

    Where are the headquarters located?

    We have offices in Antioquia, Bogotá, Montería, Manizales, and Barranquilla. See the section Locations on our website to find out opening hours, locations, and the one closest to you.

    How can I check my results?

    Check your results by clicking on the "Check Your Test Results" button on our website. You will also receive them at the email address you registered with the laboratory, or you can visit any of our locations in person.

    What agreements does the laboratory have?

    We have agreements with all insurance policies and prepaid medicine providers: Colsánitas, Colmédica, Coomeva, MedPlus, Liberty Seguros, MAPFRE, Allianz, Axa Colpatria, Seguros Bolívar, Medisanitas, Seguros Sura, and HDI Seguros. We also offer preferential rates to users of Emi, Emermédica, Famibienestar, Comfama, María Cano, Febanc, Comfenalco, and ITM.

     

    How do I request home testing?

    Contact our Contact Center in Medellín at (604) 444 43 43, or from other cities at 313 533 94 37 – 01 8000 522 099. (Address subject to coverage).

    How can I prepare for my exams?

    Preparation depends on the type of test. Follow the instructions given by our staff, who will explain in detail how to prepare for your exam.

    How can I support the Foundation?

    You can donate food, clothing, materials, and supplies, or volunteer at our events. Visit faer.org.co and start helping.

    What are the Contact Center's hours of operation?

    Our Contact Center is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
